- Heather Kane Added September 17, 2017★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Pretty good medical centre. Mistakenly thought that bulk billed meant they would only charge me the medicare rate for the appointment. As I have other insurance, they charged $60, which was still cheap compared to other places but more than I expected. The doctor I saw was right on time and very quick and efficient. Seemed very knowledgeable and ordered relevant testing. My main disappointment was having to pay for another appointment just to be told that my tests came back normal. Seemed pointless and a waste of time and money. I missed an event that I wanted to go to because of it as well. Could have just called to tell me everything was normal, and sent the results over email or through the mail. Their pathology testing department was great. Hardly any wait, provided good explanation of tests, professional, helped keep me calm despite nerves. Not right about how much rebate I would get from my insurance, but not their fault.
